  The Office, training centre for all foreign employment related activities. Bank of Ceylon counter has placed in the office to accept cash for payments.

  I attended to five day training at SLBF my trainer was mr.bandara who is a really good trainer. Head of the training department is mrs.weerasekara and she is polite and very helpful. Training completed on time and everything went very well.

  Worst service ever. Only thing they want is to off @ 4.15 pm but on the Google it says this office is open untill 4.30. They behave actually like we're troubling to their day to day personal works and all were passing us among each others like playing a game. And they do entertain it as well. No one knows to speak politely. Manager was not in the office since he/she has gone to the head office. All ladies were like groups everywhere in the office and they never considered about customers only they gave the first place was chatting and giggling. Please be more responsible because as customers we never come to bum around and to experience such worst situations from government offices. Totally disappointed.
