  Staff is okay! Manager is very friendly! Great service! Yet they have so little space for parking! So you'd have to find another parking lot and to walk there! Eventhough the security officer does his job well, he gets scolded by customers because of this issue! They really have to do something about this! Cuz when it is a vehicle inspection after reparing, it sucks ass to move ypur vehicle like 3 or 4 times around jz to let others tale their vehicle out! Other than this issue their service is somewhat okay!

  Very slow customer sercice. But they are in the second place in insurance field in sri lanka in my mind. Cheap premium.

  Poor customer service. Don't insure anything in sri lanka insurance

  Poor service. Most of the staff not willing to cater customers
