::The staff are good and helpful but they're very careless. There's a fat lady in table 7, she has the habit of blaming others. Even though I submitted my documents a month earlier, I was informed only a day before the deadline that another document is required. Now I need to travel all the way from Jaffna( 1 night) and submit my documents just a few hours before the deadline.
