  Poor customer satisfaction I applied a new Peo Tv connection, five days ago, also informed have some problems with my WIFI router.. but there is no any update from SLT side still..when i ask about the updates from customer care hot line, they are telling that they have already informed to Gampaha SLT. I totally disappointed with SLT and they do not provide the service as they are saying in TV, Radio ads....!!!!

  Slow. You may have to visit couple of times to get something done. Covered in dust. Lack of experience in customer service. Pro astrology* (* This is a government office)

  Useless service. Even no answer to the phone. Fibrooptic connection requested 6 weeks ago. Not even an acknowledgement about the request. Completely useless. So is it a wonder Sri Lanka telecom profits going down?
