  Friendly environment. Workers are here will try to get solve your problem quickly. But they won't because of thier management and system issues. Once I got a problem and they immediately give me a replacement device which didn't works for me. Later find out it's their tower issue and it takes total 2 weeks to fix.

  Very poor service. My peo-tv connection is not working for 5 days. Complained 5 days ago and make reminders every day and asking them to fix it. But sadly not even a single person came to my house and check it. I Had a dialog tv before, but I convert to peotv because of the rewinding facility. Dialog tv support team is 1000 % beter tbhan peotv service team. Peotv team has very unexpectable service.!!!

  The service received from the staff was very fast. They attended immediately and solved the issue with in 15 minutes.
