  They Don't answer phone calls. i Tried to disconnect my connection and they didn't it and waist my time. careless customer service.

  The worst telecommunications service provider in the country, period. The Kegalle branch is infamous for having the most unhelpful and most inexperienced staff and technicians. It's a miracle if a simple line fault is repaired within a couple of days. Abysmal service!
