::i paid 6000 for Peo tv,Router connection and Telephone line but your company didn't provide me any connection till last January 29th and that day your crew came to me after 3 complains.now i have 5 invoice numbers for complains in collection after that again crew came to give wifi connection today(3rd of feb)and they said my phone line is poor and complain it your customer care hot line and then wait till the phone connection team visit to me.The thing is now your company is very useless place and they didn't do the service well.Very poor.

::If I can give 0-star I would. This place is so useless. They give you a number that doesn't even work (rings but no one ever picks up). These people have no idea how to do their job. Everything small thing takes them weeks to do. It's a disgrace to our country for them to be called Sri Lanka Telecom. If people have a choice of getting internet which is not 4g from another provider, SLT would have closed down years ago.
