  Management is a mess! But working staff treats customers well.

  Nice office area, but the staff are not that friendly. Some of the staff are arrogant and rude. They do not provide you with the detailed information. It's better to call the information / hotline which is answered at the head office in Colombo. Also importantly, there is no administratively defined queue, so people jumps in front of you. Parking is available. Security staff are OK.
