  Dhamma school of this temple maintains a very good disciplinary. Ordinary Dhamma services are being conducted. No special meditation based retreats are offered. Good place to relax the mind. මෙම විහාරයේ දහම් පාසල ඉතා හොඳ විනයානුකූලව පවත්වාගෙන යයි. සාමාන්ය දහම් සේවාව පවත්වාගෙන යනු ලැබේ. විශේෂ භාවනාව පදනම් වූ පසුබිමක් නොමැත. මනස ලිහිල් කිරීමට හොඳ තැනක්.

  Situated off the Arawwala-Bokundara Road at a three-way junction facing a by-road named J.D. Solomon Mw., the temple stands solemn and quiet blending with the rural tranquility. Spacious, clean, active, loved by the villagers, the temple appeals equally to the occasional visitor who wants peace of mind and space for meditation as well as the ritualistic with the elaborate Buddha pooja and Bodhi pooja. Every Poya Day, the temple buzzes with regular devotees clad in white, participating in the Poya day activities. The temple hosts a Sunday School as well as a Children's society and serves both as an ideal place for religious worship and a community center.
