::Beautiful beach, and less than a 30 minute tuk tuk ride (for 700 Rupees) from Fort Galle. The fishermen quoted us 2000 Rupees to take his photo while he was on the stilt. They also said that we can climb up on the stilt if we wanted. Who knows how much that would have cost. Our tuk tuk driver said they do actually fish on stilts, but around 4am. That's when to go for authenticity (so they said)

::Stilt fishing is no longer a trade to earn a living for these guys. They use it to pose for photos and get paid. They ask for about 1500 lkr about 10 usd er photo.

::The place themselves is good. Nice view. Nice palms. BUT.... Fishermans so disrespectful.. very rude.. stinks alcohololics. We payed for taking photos. But still they was not happy...
