  No, panoramic views on the place. But I think so, they can provide excellent service for the visitors.

  Big big big villa with some rooms. Ours was clean, functional. Location is quiet and handy to the city center by tuk-tuk, great garden. The people working there at the time are gracious, friendly, helpful and reactive. Will definitely go back there next time I go to Kandy.
