  We had wonderful time at the guest. Host was very helpful and informative. The rooms were spacious and had soft bed. Wi Fi was very speed the break fast was delicious. Roof top terrace gave us good view and really good place for relaxation. I will recommend this place for any one who wants to relax and explore negombo.

  Very friendly and helpful manager. Calm location near to the beach, restaurants and shops. Though rooms could be tidier.

  I've seen a lot of hotels. I travel the world and Sri Lanka. Believe me, this hotel is the worst. And now I will tell you why. We were in this hotel room, like a box for kittens. The hotel spoiled the last days of our honeymoon. The territory of the hotel as such does not exist. The hotel smelled damp. There is no fruit for breakfast. Breakfast: bread, eggs, tea / coffee in a small cup (maximum 50 grams, haha), without sugar. There is a dark room in the room (a small window closed by a curtain almost does not let in the light). Dirty bed linens after past visitors (I saw that after eviction from the next room bed linens for the next visitor did not change). The mattress is bad, it's not convenient. There is a kitchen, but the owner's price says only before leaving, and the price of deception, as I understood it, is individual. The rooms have tap water, but the water pressure is very, very weak. Usually you can not wash. There is no soap in the shower. wifi is, but it is not caught. This hotel is the worst I've ever seen. The behavior of the hotel owner is a disgrace. Take care of your nerves and life, stay away from this place.

  This is a dangerous place. We were attacked by the hotel owner, he demanded to give him our money or we will have problems with the police. he called us rude words. it's disgusting. this man frightened us. we left this hotel, giving the owner of the hotel all that he required

  HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE. Assaulted by the owner of the property last night at 1am, after I went down to complain about him still working on the road noisily in the middle of the night. Up until then him and two workmen had just been laughing at my requests to lower the volume - when I said I was going to the police they blocked my way and... never been so scared in my life. Cut on my foot but Google won’t let me upload a picture of my foot haha... Hotel is dirty and dilapidated too. FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SANITY AVOID!!
