  We booked our journey with Sunway Holidays. Everything went great. Hotels selected were good. Transport was in a comfortable car. We are very happy

  Thanks to Sunway Holidays for the nice time while in Sri Lanka: we were courteously attended by their staff and our program was followed up (and was "value for money"). We recommend this agent.

  We also did a Roundtrip with Sunway Holidays and we have not had any issuses. The Guide was friendly and the hotels were well selected. We enjoyed our holiday very much.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you book through a third party (Kenwood/Evaneos etc) and they use this company - I highly suggest you use another company. Sunway holidays ruined our once in a lifetime holiday! They didn't book anything - basic things like hotels so imagine after a 7 hour drive arriving somewhere and not knowing if you will have somewhere to sleep. Additionally when we asked for 4* hotels or above they thought it fine to charge use for that but then put us in bed and breakfast with appalling standards of health and safety! We planned a hot air balloon ride and a train ride and they didn't book that and in the end we had to miss the hot air balloon ride and buy tickets for the train on the black market. Every time we called no one cared, we got shouted at and sworn at down the phone. They tried to tell us wrong laws to cover their own backs and lied about promising us things constantly. There is a girl there called Roshni and a guy called prabath who swore regularly at us down the phone and when we phoned the CEO he didn't care. When we reported them, we got told that they were already being investigated for misconduct as many customers had complained! THIS COMPANY IS A CON AND SHOULDNT BE OPERATING SO PLEASE PLEASE AVOID USING THEM OTHERWISE YOUR HOLIDAY MAY BE RUINED!!!!!
