  The pilgrim to the holy land was a memorable one.First of all I'm thanking you for giving us such a wonderful experience.The trip was well organized and I'd like to appreciate that every single problem and the time management has been considered when organizing this tour. Mr.Lalindra I'm appreciating you for the kind and friendly service throughout the journey. Specially I need to thank you to booked us on emirates......Cause we had 4 hours and it was used very usefully.Our tour guide was excellent and he did his job nicely.As a travel photographer I had a chance to take lots of great snaps in Holy Land.   My wife and I did a 2 week tour of Europe with Superlink. We originally booked with the intention of going to Italy and Medjugorje. Although payment was given a year earlier, we were informed only 3 months prior to leaving that the Medjugorje tour was cancelled due to lack of pilgrims, hence a tour to Lourdes was offered instead. It was very disappointing as we had booked flights and taken time off work, so cancelling the tour was not an option considering such short notice. Throughout this whole process, correspondence with Superlink was extremely stressful and difficult as emails were not answered even remotely promptly and tour details (eg hotel names, luggage requirements, meeting tour personnel etc) were not provided until the last week. Regarding emails, we were not the only ones in our tour who suffered the inconvenience of unanswered emails and it's frustrating to learn that this seems to be systemic. It is essential for Superlink to dramatically improve their customer service as it is such a stress, worry and sense of unknown especially when organising a tour from overseas. The positives of this tour is that Superlink managed to physically organise and travel with such a large tour group (plane, coaches and walking tours) and a special mention to our tour guide, Michelle, who did a splendid job (5 stars) and made us feel very much at home and relaxed, given such a busy tour schedule. Although it eventuated that we had a good tour without any hiccups, I feel that due to the initial lack of information, continual lack or correspondence and overall feelings of uncertainty, I will not be able to recommend Superlink to any international pilgrims.

  We just came back from 8 day Holy Land Tour. First of all, we would like to thank Vanessa for advising us in choosing a tour that would ensure us a comfortable one with more time to spend at the biblical sites. We visited most of the places mentioned in the bible. Seeing these places with our own eyes is an experience that no words could explain. It was a dream come true. We were at Orient Palace Hotel and it was very comfortable. Our tour leader was the young but experienced Thishari, who was always with a smile and willing to help anyone. We thank her for her patience & professionalism. She handled the tour really well. Our tour guide was Rami.. who was well versed with the history and current situation of the biblical sites, he was very friendly and funny. We extend our sincere gratitude to Venessa, Thishari, Rami and all others at Superlink for making our dream a reality. We are looking forward to go with Superlink for our Lourdes tour as well.   We just came back from a 6 days Israel & Jordan Heritage tour (Holy land). First of all, I would like to thank Vanessa for her patient & professionalism. She was very client oriented, efficient and nice. We were lavished with hospitality We had visited most of the places that were mentioned in the Bible, such as Nazareth, Bethlehem, Sea of Galilee, etc. Seeing these places in person really make the Bible comes alive for us. If you want to visit Israel but are concerned with what you're seeing in the News, don’t. We'd walked everywhere in Jerusalem & felt safer there than we did in some of the large cities. We would also like to thank our local guides, for making our visit very enjoyable. All the guides were very knowledgeable, enthusiasm & funny.
