  This the most noble court in Sri Lanka. This place is above all other courts. In constitution of Sri Lanka, there is chapter III - Fundamental Rights(Freedom of thought, conscience, religion). If fundamental rights violated of a citizen, can come to here and ask for justice. Thing is if it happens you have to file the case within a month and it's a expensive thing.
