  Products are good in quality and with affordable prices. But, after sales customer service should get improved.

  Bought my laptop few years ago. one of the best laptops i have used. still using it. but in my experience their service after sales is very bad. One of my friends bought a wireless mouse. after 1 hour we went back to showroom because mouse is not working. had to stay in repair department for 1 and half hours to get a replacement mouse.
