  Authentic and classy accommodation with a unique Sri Lankan style. It has lots of artwork and history throughout the place giving it a really nice vibe. The room was very nice and peaceful with a comfy bed and bathroom. It also had good places to relax and lounge around.

  A really very nice boutique hotel! My wife and I just loved the place. The rooms are very modern and offer everything you need. The staff takes care of everything and is very friendly. The surroundings are nice too with a well maintained garden. We also loved the included breakfast. Highly revommended!

  Could be a 4 if were not for the location. It is located in an affluent neighbourhood in Colombo. Unfortunately the lake nearby is very polluted, as expected for a developing country. The hotel is more of a guesthouse run by one manager. His service is good however we may have caught him on an off day since he did not seem to keen to cook for us and failed to mention that the nearest restaurant also delivers which would have saved our time trying to get to it via pickme and uber, both of which were useless. The bathroom had the distinct Sri Lankan smell which seeps into clothes so be careful if you are starting off your holiday here. Make sure you get rid of the white smelly balls which are located throughout the room to "help" with the smell. They are often used in Sri Lanka to help but actually cause more problems. Overall slightly too pricey for the location but the service is good.
