  Not satisfied with the service at all. They kept changing prices for rooms as they wish. Not so good and convenient service from their end. They charge for every thing. Even for drinking water and then complained that ppl who stayed there have over is edited the Wi-Fi and pay extra money for it. If you want AC you have to pay separately some extra cash!!!! Since there was no option is the short time period I had to select this place for my friends to stay! Not recommending for anyone!

  Very cosy place in a Green environment nestling between the City of Colombo and Kotte which is the administrative area of Colombo. Have access to wifi /public transport /Dining /Entertainment -24/7. the passport office only 05 minutes tuk tuk and all other amenities like public transport round the clock down the street can be found 24/7

  Propriétaire très gentil mais chambre limite petite pas très propre pas de moustiquaire pas de reel petit dej juste café Prix un peu élevé pour la prestation par rapport à d'autres adresses.

  Great place to stay if you are going to the immigration office, being midway between there and Colombo Fort. Super friendly and helpful owner. Good price for the area.
