  We can say this place is average now. Fab is a great place sometime ago, we used to visit most of the time. Now fab still has name, but doesn't really agree with what we used to. Cakes are expensive, but not that fresh or tasty like old times. Sometimes I wonder if they actually had the weight they mention in cakes. Also rather small range of food such as bakery items available now. Food is clean and somewhat fresh. Their iced coffee and orange juice's quantity is small now, but prices are higher. It's sad thing once a great food chain becomes like this nowadays. Parking lot available here. But no wheelchair accessible parking or wheelchair accessible entrance available here.

  On my way back from the Department of Immigration and Emigration, I decided to walk into this place seeing all the yummy-looking cakes. I ordered a red velvet cupcake and a savoury item. The savoury item was ok but the cupcake was too dense and cold and definitely not worth the price. I was very disappointed. It was Monday and I was expecting something freshly baked and moist, not leftovers from last week for the price that I paid. The only good thing about the cupcake was that they had used real cream cheese frosting.
