  Giving three stars only because of previous visits. Horrible cakes today. Eclairs, cheesecakes and chocolate chip cookie cake pieces were terribly dry and tasted very stale. Prices are decent for the food you get usually but today was terrible. Please raise your standards again.

  I visited here today. There was a Seylan card offer . When I asked the manager about it he said it's for only high tea only. I went for dinner and didn't use my seylan card believing it. Later to see there was a Seylan offer for dining 25% for platinum card. I used another card and wasted that offer due to negligence and misinformation of the gourmet station manager there. So much Fed up. The service was also so poor as they were more keen on serving well (being partial towards) foreigners and not even spreading a smile towards us . The staff was not that much giving satisfactory service paying timely attention to us. Other coffee shops are better than this place
