  Beautiful property. Breathtaking landscape but poorly maintained. Cons: Thrs hardly any light after 630pm except in ur room. If u reach late its difficult to reach till ur room. The property has named themselves as 'The residence bentota' but thr is no such signage or name at the property. It was very difficult to locate the property. It only has house no. 106 marked outside. The staff is very late in thr response. Doesnot open the gate easily. Very difficult to contact the owner. Since thr is huge landscaping around, u will find group of ants and mosquitos inside ur room. If u r goin thr in summer, please ask for ac room. Pros: The pool is 24x7 available. Thewater is cleaned everyday. Beautiful Lil sights around the property. The apartments are fully furnished nd equiped with all kitchen equipment,washer/dryer etc. The beach is 5min walking distance from the property.

  Beautiful, calm garden and a nice pool. The units could be cleaner.

  Awesome place! Just we have to asked to clean our villa. But we loved this place!
