::Specialized Kotthu truck that's usually found in the nights (except. Mondays) parked close to the Mount Lavinia Odel. Prices are slightly higher than the kotthu found at normal roadside shops. But the kotthu is also generally more premium than the standard stuff as well. Make sure you specify how spicy you want it because it can work both ways. Where on one occasion it was too spicy and another it wasn't spicy enough. If you are planning a special trip here, it's best to call ahead and check if it's there as on rare occasions they do move elsewhere.
