  Convenient place to stay. The owner Mr. Johan is very nice person. Rates can negotiate with him. I stayed four times at there.

  A lovely boutique hotel, with an excellent staff. The rooms were comfortable, the AC and internet was excellent, and the showers were strong with good hot water. The included full breakfast of eggs, toast, juice, coffee, sausage, bacon, and a fruit plate was an unexpected surprise. The location in the middle of the main strip of Negombo's beach area was perfect. Across the street from one of the best restaurants, Seaview, and minutes from a laundry, grocery, and gifts stores. We are returning at the end of our tour, and have booked extra nights.

  Nice, modern & clean new hotel. Staff is not really helpful, lazy porter. Perfect hotel, poor services....

  Great place to stay in Negombo. It is situated opposite to Herittance.

  Lovely place with a friendly staff and relaxing environment. Rooms, pool and all over it's clean and well maintained. Services are with a little value added. ( breakfast with candles, decorated bed etc) Had quality time at The Suite 262!
