  Beautiful green environment with pool,spa, gim, bar, conference with rooms. Delicious food with class hospitality. All your holiday needs, full fill under one roof. Keep it up.....

  Lovely clean comfortable room, bright and spacious. All staff friendly and helpful. Strong Internet and WiFi. AC excellent. Plenty of hot water. All the lights work. Poolside would benefit from new loungers as some broken but otherwise very nice and private. Restaurant cool and clean serving delicious food. Definitely a good place to stay. Wish I had more than one night here.

  Service is good. Our Triple room was neat and comfortable. Set Menu and buffet were average. Expected more authentic Jaffna food.

  Tilko hotel gave us a mix of good & bad experience. Food & hospitality service provided by the staff was extremely good. However, in some of the rooms toilets were out of order and required to move rooms couple of times. As of 2017 their building is only aged 8 years yet level of maintenance of the buildings & utilities are not up to standards. Linen, cutlery restaurant & bar is however in very good order.
