  Bicycles are very bad I have to fix it all the time I brought in 2018feb I will never by a bike from tomhawe bikes

  I bought a bicycle for my daughter this week from this shop. They have sold me a bike with damaged tube. lack of care for customers.

  Gave my bike for service and all they did for 2000LKR was put some oil on the chain. The old manager and the thin young salesman is so rude. Didn't make the breaks they literally did nothing except put some oil on chain.

  Went on a Sunday, the sales rep inside was watching something on the computer with the head phones. Didn't even bother to stand up and come to check what I was looking for. I had to go to him and check. Also on my way out I asked for the price of a bike near the exit. He didn't hear that either. Must be a very good movie he was watching.
