  Today I called this institute to get an appointment. As this is the first time I just asked the lady whether she has any ude about duration of the treatment & roughly charges. She confronted suddenly and said ask it from doctor.She was in hurry to cut the line as she was listening to some loud music. She was really unfriendly and didn't mention her name when I asked and cut the phone after talking very bad way. I didn't expect this kind of experience and it was awful.
