  you need to make a reservation to save time. Staff is friendly. The resting area and the hospitality is good.

  Came here (Pirelli tyre outlet) several times for tyre channge. Good supportive staaf. Comfortable seating area. It will be much easier if u can make an appointment over the phone before u come.

  Best customer care and service i have had period. Very attentive and takes the extra step of explainig things. Seen many comments here saying that they take longer and are less efficient, which i have to strongly disagree with. They take time to give a quality outcome and for that the time taken is fair. 5 stars

  Have been servicing my vehicle here for the past 6 years. Service standards not as good as before. Excellent facilities, customer waiting room ect. Staff courteous.

  Their service is OK. Had my car's front bumper fixed, but they failed to fix the Loose Connection on the Fog Lamp. Getting an appointment is hard. You have to book at least 7 days before. If there's a long Holiday weekend, its better to check it whether they are open or not. One Saturday, I was told they were closed just because they had gone on a trip it seems. Only good thing is that clients can have Refreshments while waiting for their cars to be fixed.
