  This place may show up on the map as Sunny & Fun guest house but it's actually called the Tree House Boutique Hotel now. It's run by a Chinese company and they have deployed two Managers from China to manage this place. We mostly interacted with Zoe who is extremely sweet and helpful Pros 1. AC rooms 2. Nice pool 3. Lawn with a hammock and swing 4. Big house 5. Friendly cat 6. You can use their kitchen Cons 1. The wifi doesn't work 2. The water stops running suddenly in the rooms and you have to ask Zoe to repair it. She then has to call the house help. This may take up to 30 mins 3. They close down by 11 pm which is inconvenient if you want to stay at Unawatuna till late It was a pleasant stay

  The place is decent. The wifi didn't work. We had to make our own breakfast the 1st day we stayed.

  Nice hostel. Pool is great. Charges 500 rupees to use the kitchen though. Another $5 USD extra for AC. Best deal is 200 rupees for unlimited KG laundry. Nice common area. The worst part is unfortunately this place caters to people who come from areas of the world that lack self-awareness. Meaning, loud talking (owner had to tell 3 people to be quiet), rustling through belongings at 8AM when it can easily be done outside the room, constantly coming in and out of the room and unlocking/locking their lockers (like literally 50 times). Show respect people. Your biggest enemy here is the demographic of yor room mates. WIFI was pretty awful.

  非常棒！适合发呆休闲的好地方！原因是：1位置方便门口坐车可到南部任何海滩--美瑞莎、本托塔、黑卡及加勒、科伦坡2、往前走俩分钟，经过一条满是珠宝店、超市及餐馆的商业街即为海滩，闹中取静又方便生活3、老板人很好，带着客人一起各种玩。潜水、冲浪、徒步、逛古城、珠宝、打麻将还做的一手好菜哦4、好大的院子干净的泳池，经常在后院看到松鼠、蜥蜴、猴子，生活的院子有秋千、吊床。斯国大爱没有之一～
