  This is another cheap company . headless company with uncivilized environment. very low quality products , has to face many issues when we need to claim any warranty. simply don't trust this place

  My personal experience with oktan. Okan LED products not good compare with other LED selling companies. No good guaranteed service or good customer service. I faced many times for no same stock available 2nd visit. It’s very bad and no continue supply to customer. I complained to many time above issues with hot line number but no good answer from the hot line service. Finally yesterday faced another issue with LED damage returns items with Nuwara Eliya Branch. Branch and hot line service refused my request for damage returned. Be careful when you taking any item with oktan (Specially competitive price little high) But no any choice around Nuwara Eliya. Very poor customer Service Company.
