::(29th Friday) I was in a hurry and called for a Uber cab to go to Panadura from Rawathawatta. The fair for a 11km journey by Suzuki Wagon R, was 4000LKR. For an inquiry, the given time period is 3 days as per the Uber regulations. But the company did not respond to my phone calls as well.

::have booked a uber on 26/06/2018 10.43 am a qwid car was dispatched but it didn't come on time and another vehicle was dispatched an it arrived late. the vehicle was not on time and i was not on time for my meeting & and uber has charged a Uber Surge after a delay .very very bad services and this is how they cheat their costumes.this kind of services put costumes in big time trouble and cheat so be carefuller when using uber and shod be band in sri lanka

::Good service with a low rate. Friendly and well educated drivers who knows how to work with a customer. Attitude wise great. I will recommend through out all. Hope that you will be able to catch all island market if you are doing more broadcasting. Hope to use Uber for next years.

::Satisfied with the great customer service. Please try to avoid the limitations of this app. Most of the time the app is going crazy and mark my location in different places. Same thing happened with me yesterday. I tried to call the driver to inform him that this isn't the correct location but he didn't even answer the phone! I had to cancel the ride in the end as I was running out of time, so they charged a cancellation fee from me. Anyways there are nice offers and the drivers are friendly. Everything is perfect except this stupid app. Recommended! 👏

::Sometimes get higher prices and most of times get lower. Some drivers are very helpful and some are not. Most of times i'm getting offers. It's very nice. Keep it up Uber!
