  There are three bridges. Nice place. Very beautiful view. It consist of good structure.

  This bridge is the first bridge (in use) over Mahaweli river after the confluence of tributaries, Kotmale oya & Hatton river which form the main stem. First bridge over Mahaweli was used to be the small iron bridge ( now abandoned ) called Fool's bridge, which can be seen from this bridge upstream.
