  Upali Enterprise is a hardware shop.its closed to the High level Road.i went their to buy plumbing items and other hardware items.i bought a new arpico Hybrid water tank and they are gave to me damage one.i ask to change this damage one but they dont care about that.they gave bill yo us.but cant identify descriptions.they charge lot more than actual price.they are provide transport and rates is very high.they dont care about customers .horrible experience .do not recommended this place.
