  Upawansa is one of my child hood favorite places to get food. The prices are modest and they provide delicious meals in an clean environment. They have a ground and upper floors for dine in and provide all around local delicacies. I used to love their Fish Buns in the morning and happy to say that the quality hasn't dropped so far. Recommend for a visit.
