  Newly built hotel. Rooms are really great . Friendly helpful staff.Food is also good.

  Good and beautiful hotel. Newly built. They provide good service to the customers. Receptionist is very helpful. Rooms are very elegant. They have family rooms, double and triple rooms. Room service is good. Have swimming pool. Food also good. Situated next to the jaffna railway station.

  Good food at reasonable prices. Rs6k for 4 people having dinner without alcohol (on a Poya Day). Very clean place. However, very difficult to make a telephone booking as the Reception transfers you to the Restaurant who don't pickup.

  1) poor maintenance. 2) 5 stars for Staff and Service. They were extremely helpful and responsive. 3) Central and close to station and town. 4) Wi-Fi needs sorting. 5) Food is very good. Need to have vegetable dishes in the Menu.

  Great location, just behind the railway station. So convenient and easy to access the town also. Staff are friendly and attentive to needs. Breakfast is excellent. Good deal for B&B. Second time visiting, hope the management will keep this going and improve further.
