  First to be started with negatives. Parking facilities are not provided by vfs but can be managed by nearby public parking space. Starting from the security officers, all of the staff members are frendly and ready to help for my case inly 45 mins.

  Opens on time, every operation happens in a well organized manner, so no delays. You are not allowed to pay using credit or debit cards, so make sure you have enough money in cash for your payments. No parking facilities. It is good if you can catch a taxi to reach here.

  Both UK and Australia visa is processed here. No parking available. Unless it is a walkin appointment , you have to book an appointment from the respective website. Do not go early to your appointment. You can only go inside only 5-10 minutes before. Do not bring many items. Bring minimum items as possible. It will make both yours and security personnels life easier. Always have some extra money with you. They charge a fee which is not covered by the online payments you made. The service is efficient and have a token system to submit the application , make the payment, and submit biometrics. The same token number is used for all three.

  I choose the PREMIUM Service to hand over my Visa application & the young lady who assisted me had an excellent knowledge of what she was doing.
