  I am a UK national, I applied for a visa for my wife who is a returning resident! the form was exactly the same as for a visitor visa, with damn fool questions about who is funding her return, how much money we will be spending in the uk etc, etc, etc, all completely unnecessary! to complete the form took about 2 - 3 hours on line! I then paid priority fees for the visa to be processed, and there was no information on the site to inform me that additional fees were applicable, for fast tracking! Please explain the difference between priority and fast tracking!!!!! On arrival at the centre, only the applicant is admitted!!!! There are no facilities for anyone accompanying the applicant!!!!!! We were suddenly informed that in order for the application to be "Fast Tracked" we would have to pay an additional Rs 37000. When we wanted to pay this by card, we were told they can only accept cash! which necessitated travelling to a bank about a mile away! Only once we had paid this fee were we informed that it would take 5 - 8 days to process!!!! I do not call 5 - 8 days fast track or priority!!!!! As with all the other reviews it is disgusting that the correct address on the website is not given! Further one member of staff on our first visit told my wife she was unable to speak Sinhala, the main mother tongue of the country, then on the second visit she told me she can speak Sinhala! The whole place needs a good shake up and a process which respects the applicants and provides complete information. I agree I had to award one star in order to process this review! Absolutely useless customer service!!!! Not done in my Name!

  This place is very bad for customers they treat people like refugees norespect for customers very rude. There motive is to make money as much as possible They have make various channels to get money If you do not pay they will not utter a word how to proceed I didnot pay extra as I knew I can get visa but most of the people who are in dought pay 18000 or higher for their assistance They do not have any say about your visa so donot pay extra just apply yourself you can get visa if you have fullfull the requirements One of the very bad staff and service provider I have everseen

  They have moved to No.75, Arnold Ratnayake Mawatha, Colombo 01000 They don't have provided right information. They want Money only.

  THE WORST PLACE EVER. ALL THEY DO IS REJECT VISA APPLICATIONS. YEAH SURE CHARGE ABOUT 18,000 FROM A PERSON AND REJECT THE DAMN VISA FOR NO FUXKING REASON.I HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE FUXKING STAR TO WRITE THIS FUXKING REVIEW.

  No respect for the people coming to use the VFS services. Treating people like nonsense. No places to keep your things like helmet and only asked to leave those out without any security for it. No proper instructions for available procedures. Edit: Though the service on the entrance was horrible, the staff inside and the system to tackle the applicants were quite standardized. All services could be done at one place.
