  Their services are good, they don't have chairs outside for people who wait outside

  Services are very slow. Lakh of staff members. Even appointment times are reserved with vfs, services are not provided based on appointment timings. They make the client waiting for hours and say system is down..

  As I know am Saudi visa document submit should do in here. The days this institute introduced, this was well organized. Number tokens were given and appointment was taken on Time. But now they reduced the staff and now this place is bit of a mess. You will be served after 2 hours from your appointment time. Reception also full of crowd since there is only one person to answer the calls, to register the people and to answer for the people who are waiting.
