  Actully there was small problem with the reservation time. because of a bug in online booking page system. It took almost couple of hours to sort it out since I arrived early hahaa... Meanwhile, the workers at the reception area were very very patient and tried to help me as much as they can at thire best, while waiting I even got served some tasty coffee to ease the waiting. After sorting it out with Booking problem on internet Customer service that were also very helpful and quick in their response, when I checked in, they gave me complimentary wifi connection, heavy breakfast and access to the executive lounge. The breakfast was amazing and each one of the staff member is super nice and always willing to help. Thus is definitely the BEST place to stay in this area. I really like this hotel. Thank you.!!
