::Very bad customer service. No good welcome. They don't how to talk with customers politely. The staff should be trained how to speak with their valuable customers and prevent the loose of business and the brand name. Experienced the same situation for my friends too in different branches of Vision Care. Very expensive and unresonable prices on their products and services.
