  I went to VLCC for a deep hair conditioner and shampooing. My hair has been very damaged and I decided to try VLCC out for the first time. My experience was so bad. I came in and the owner was smoking a cigarette in one of the rooms, and she smelt like one so bad. She reeked of cigarettes. As of for my hair, the person who was doing it did not seem welcoming at all and seemed to not be interested in the work that she was doing. She washed my hair poorly and she dried my hair and put the deep conditioning cream. She could not dry my hair properly. All of the water was on the back of my shirt and near my shoulders. When we sat on the chair to put the cream, she walked around the whole room and was so damn slow. I have experienced other VLCC. For example the one in India. The quality in India was so good and my hair actually smelt good. However the one in Sri Lanka was so bad. My hair did not smell like anything good. My hair was still in a poor condition. This service and everything was so bad. No one was welcoming. I did not feel welcomed inside the salon. And also, we found a gecko near the hair products and the hair brush, which is very disgusting. The whole salon had hair everywhere and the workers were just sitting there. There were no customers and the place was filled with hair and dust.

  VLCC You have made me look and feel beautiful every time I have walked out of the salon. The make up and hair remain flawless until many hours later until all is done and I am home .Thank you for being flexible and nice during the process and making sure I always have the look I want.   I got done a make up for my Boyfriend s Birthday party and it was the first time frm VLCC .And i was surprised like nothing it was amazing.The best make up i ever had.
