  They sell fake watches. Make sure you check the model number on the internet before buy a branded watch. If it is a original, you should get a manufacturer warranty also. You will not get any of those from this place.

  Very poor service, I gave my luxury watch which was in perfect condition to be serviced only to find after the service the time was running faster! It took another week for them to fix it (that was a perfectly working watch before the service), while I was there to collect my watch ; another dissatisfied customer was claiming that his Raymond Weil watch was having oil on the dial after the service. And another watch of his the machine was changed! I was concerned and asked them to remove the back lid and show me that my machine was not changed.. They charged me more just to remove the back lid and put it back.
