::They say OK for early checkin but charge full day for 4 hours stay. They did not arrange negociated pickup from airport. Hot watter ran out for 2 out of 3 days stay (They charged 4 days) L.E. Forgot to mention mosquitos that ran in packs there. This is more of an area issue...

::Lovely rooms with a front AC suitable for surviving the heat of the season. Located just behind Mirissa beach with access to burger shacks. Internet doesn't work reliably but it seems to be the same at most places. (Just get a data card from Dialog, it is much more reliable.)
