  Nice quiet place located near the airport with a view of the Negombo lagoon. Rooms are spacious, clean and hygenic. Air conditioning is good . Decent breakfast. Supportive and friendly staff. Good wifi coverage and decent speed. Overall nice experience.

  It was a good experience there. Specially the management was very nice. Breakfast is good with some Srilankan blend. Room was spacious and good.

  We were moved to a totally different place on the day we arrived because we were told there was a plumbing issue. We didn't get our beachside paradise but had to pay the same price for the room. Noticed on air b n b the host has cancelled bookings a few times.

  Very nice place, it's calm and quiet staff is very friendy also provide a good breakfast. Price is also reasonable. If you are a traveller and looking for a place to stay for a coupe of days then definitely go for it.

  Good place, great value for money and very friendly people!! plus a nice quite place with view over the Negombo Lagoon. Very relaxing!
