  This place have branded watches including Swiss Militory, Obaku and some other popular brands. But the service here is not good at all. Even this is the local agent of Swiss Militory watches when we go to a chest the band length they charge from us saying thst they need to pay for their staff. But when you have 5 year international warranty for a watch that you have bought thst should not be charged for such thing. If it is a huge repair then it would be fine. But adjusting the band length is nothing . So if you really look for buying or reparing branded watches, you better look for some other place or order online rather visiting here.

  Reputed place to buy a branded watch in Sri Lanka. But customer service needs to be improved. They asked to pay for resizing a watch which is under warranty. No parking available. Only few places available in the road.

  Poor Quality of Customer care. The manager doesn't know how to talk to customers. I went to repair my Fossil watch and asked the manager whether the guarantee will be valid after the repair, and he said in a rude manner "then take the watch to the place where you bought it". Come on it was just a simple Yes/No question.
