  Nice place with 5 rooms and 3 wash rooms. Kitchen with fridge and gas cooker.

  HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Newly built house, room interior and living rooms were ok, there were so many problems since most of the things promised were not there. They have only 5 King Size bedrooms (MAXIMUM CAPACITY 10 guests comfortably). Very tiny washrooms where the shower is exactly in front of the WC. Very problematic hot water system. They say they can provide mattresses but those were very thin matts not mattresses, you cant sleep on a cold floor in N.Eliya with those matts. Plates, Cutlery, Crockery, Glassware available only for less than 15 guests. House without heaters, though they said they can provide them, once there we discovered we had to pay for them. After insisting several times they found an accommodation to the driver as promised. We didn't demand for any refund since the rate offered was good respect to the market price, but obviously this was not the vacation we were expecting. The Cook and the Caretaker were extremely nice.
