::Based on the experience I had, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to get some envelopes done to use as packaging for my company's products. After having gone through one substandard supplier, I found WUS and was quite impressed with their client base (which includes KFC, McDonalds, Burger King) etc. So I decided to give them a try. My friend and I visited the place and explained our requirements. They gave us a quote promptly, we sent them the artwork to be printed and made an advance payment. At this point we were told that the usually a job can be expected to finish in a week or so, but since one of their machines was broken, it could take up to 2-3 weeks. We were ok with that. After 2 weeks I called them to find out the status of the order. I couldn't get through to the person who was in charge of handling things. In the days that followed I called the place several times to enquire about the order status, but the person was either "at lunch," or "not in the seat" or missing in some form or fashion. One month and 4 days after our order was placed, I made what must have been my 20th call to this place I was finally informed that the job was complete and that we could pick it up. They didn't even bother to inform us proactively. When we visited the place to collect our goods, we were kept waiting for about an hour. We noticed that the alignment of the print on one set of envelopes was completely skewed to one side. For a company that boasts about every product being supervised for quality (it's on their TV screen, look for it if you happen to be at their office) this is unacceptable. What's even more disgusting was that they had completely ignored to correct this error and tried to sell this faulty batch on to us anyway. When we inquired about the issue, they admitted that the print had been misaligned a bit, but they didn't offer to do anything about it. Instead they kept asking us to accept the stuff anyway since they've already borne the cost for it. After much haggle they agreed to produce a fresh batch for us. This was on a Monday, and they agreed to deliver by Friday that same week. Needless to say, the products weren't ready on Friday. We had to wait until Monday next week. This place has no respect for the customers' time, and they excel at making promises they cannot keep. To add to all this, there was one employee of theirs, who, when were kept waiting on collection day, joined in to scorn her own company saying "I don't know why they are delaying this, you've been waiting here for so long now." We're never going back to this place.
