  I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi 3 Pro from the local dealer in Sri Lanka and after 11 months of use a software issue popped up. When I contacted the dealer I was directed to this service center. I took the phone to them and they fixed and returned it the next day. Service was seamless and convenient.
