  Very poor communication. Only one guy is available to talk and he's also very assertive and doesn't know anything. Very poor. Admins must have a look into it otherwise gonna loose customers.

  Customer service is good when we go to buy bikes but when once you buy it their service is very poor. When we ask something they ignore us. They didn't give helmet for ready cash payment saying government law issues, but the second time when i visit there after buying bikes they said they offer Helmet for leasing payments. Had bad experience.

  Some people are good some are ignorant. But check whole bike body before you buy. They sell very tiny damage bikes without hesitation. Please check with your friend.

  Visited on Saturday, there were only one person to talk with customers and he said he doesn't know anything about bikes, he was documenting something.
