  I gave them an order to fabricate some parts for a prototype machine. The quotation was over Rs 100,000 for which I paid 15K as an advance. It was top urgent and they promised to deliver the goods in three days but even after two weeks they only finished 10% of the job. So I asked them to keep the advance and took the job off from them. Thanks to them I could not finish the job on time, and had to get the job done from another vendor paying the whole amount again. For records, I asked for a receipt for the 15K I paid, and it has been more than a year, and I still didn't get it. Even I went there more than 10 times asking for the receipt, but they do not take it serious.
