  We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous building and welcoming host. The facilitates of this home are divine- gorgeous fittings and a spectacular bathroom- total luxury. The hosts are very attentive, giving good advice and directions. And importantly their home cooked meals are a taste sensation. Because the accommodation is away from some of the busier tourist parts of Matara you get a sense of life of locals. You are still close enough to get a tuk tuk to local beaches which are less densely populated than Marissa but just as lovely. And Marissa's pumping beach life is about 10 to 15 mins away. We would definitely recommend staying here and will come back for our next visit!
